Determine how much you can borrow
Contact us and get prequalified. This is a simple process that can be completed over the phone or by e-mail. We also offer no-cost preapproval letters.
What you need for a mortgage application

Documentation of Income: (retirement, etc.)

One month pay stubs for all borrowers

Last two years W-2 (s)

Last 2 years income tax returns
**If you are using other types of income to qualify, additional
documentation would be required such as:

Award letter for Social Security income

Proof of child support (Divorce Decree, award letter)
If you are self-employed, paid commission or receive any other income
used to qualify, (i.e. Rental Income) forward your last two years income
taxes, Federal only, all pages.

All bank, stock, IRA statements all pages for past 2 months if funds are
needed for the transaction

Copy of the Agreement of Sale

If you are selling your current residence, copy of the Agreement of Sale
or settlement statement if the transaction is already closed

Please Note: Each loan is unique and may require other documentation to
complete the processing of your application. Should the documentation
provided by you and / or secured by our firm, require additional
explanation or information, you will be contacted by our staff.
Important Note: Do not allow anyone to obtain free credit reports for you.
Numerous inquiries on your credit report can lower your "credit risk score". Only one report is needed for a mortgage and we will obtain that at application.
